Amanda Alexander, CEO of the YMCA of Northern BC, wishes to thank all of our generous donors for providing school supplies to vulnerable children and orphans who attend school with the YMCA of Ethiopia. As part of her trip to support our partner YMCA association, Amanda was thrilled to be able to support the fabulous work that the Y is doing in Ethiopia – local resource mobilization, raising the issue of gender parity, supporting HIV education/ healthy reproductive awareness, while supporting the development of our next generation of youth leaders.
