Below is the information from the YMCA of Northern BC’s 2022 virtual Annual General Meeting.

Step 1: Annual General Meeting Package
Please download the meeting documents here. They are available for your information and review prior to the AGM.
Step 2: Install Zoom on your device
As a voting member, you are invited to participate in our interactive meeting. The meeting will be conducted using a video conferencing tool called Zoom. We suggest making sure Zoom is installed on your device prior to the meeting.
Go to the Zoom Download Centre and get “Zoom Client for Meetings”.
If you have already been using Zoom for work purposes or to keep in touch with family and friends, you can skip this step.
Step 3: Join the Meeting
