Our Infant and Toddler programs offer environments that are safe and stimulating with our caring and supportive Infant and Toddler Early Childhood Educators who understand what makes your child special. Educators care for children through a flexible group schedule that meets every child’s needs, including sleeping, eating, and diapering. Children are nurtured, well-cared for, and provided with vital learning opportunities with YMCA Playing to Learn™.
Group Care 3-5 Years
Our child care programs assure quality care for children with a 1:8 staff to child ratio as children belong, grow, thrive and lead. Our staff are both experienced and educated in Early Childhood Education. Children’s needs are documented and shared with parents each day through a journal, so parents can rest assured knowing their child is receiving the best care possible. Our small group philosophy will allow your child to receive the individual attention they need as they learn through play exploring the indoors and outdoors, music and movement, sensory, stories, puzzles, blocks, dramatic play and learning to play with others. Our caring and experienced staff will laugh and play with your children as we become your child’s home away from home, helping them reach their potential.

Our Provincial award-winning Child Care programs are your child’s home away from home. Our highly skilled staff are trained in early childhood education and are truly passionate about children. At YMCA Child Care, your children will enjoy healthy snacks, daily outdoor play and will spend the day engaged in learning with our no screen time policy. Our caregivers will guide your children through their early development to assure they are kindergarten ready to allow them to be successful for years to come.
