Housing Support & Outreach Program
YAP (Youth Around Prince) and Foundry Prince George work together to provide a wide range of health and social supports for young people ages 12-24 years. Our Housing Support and Outreach Worker provides friendly practical and emotional support, coaching, and advocacy. Everyone’s situation is unique.
