Orange Shirt Day, September 30th
Orange Shirt Day is a national campaign to recognize the harm done to children in the residential school system. By wearing an orange shirt, we are affirming our commitment to ensure that every child matters as we focus on our hope for a better future in which children are empowered to help each other.
The YMCA of Northern BC is committed to creating a community where every child matters and has access to services and programs to help them thrive. The YMCA Strong Kids Campaign provides financial support to 1 in 5 children in YMCA programs.

Online Ordering Open for 2020 Shirts
Shirts will be available for drive-thru pick-up at the Prince George Family Y (2020 Massey Drive) during the following times:
– Monday, September 28, 2:00pm-4:30pm
– Tuesday, September 29, 9:00am-11:30am
Vanderhoof orders will be available for pick-up at the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre (390 Columbia St. E) during the following times:
– Sunday, September 27, 2:00pm-4:30pm
Fort St. John pick-up details coming soon!
Please place your order by September 21st to ensure availability and production of shirts. Orders requiring shipping must be placed by September 21st to ensure delivery by September 30th.
