Simon Fraser Lodge

We want seniors to be healthy and engaged in their community, which is why we are proud to partner with Simon Fraser Lodge to provide recreation services to its residents. Simon Fraser Lodge (SFL) is a long-term care facility in Prince George that houses 130 residents where YMCA Recreation Services improve these residents’ quality of life by offering them the comforts of home and the benefits of leisure including: fitness programs that focus on range of motion and strength-building, care of pets, maintaining a living environment with plants and flowers, gardening, live entertainment, workshops, community outings for shopping and social time and leisure activities such as board games, bingo, baking, scrapbooking, manicures, movies and more.
