Dear Valued Member, 

As we move forward, we have made the decision to move away from monthly membership payments to adopt bi-weekly payments. This change is a requirement of our new registration system that is rolling out this fall. Most financial institutions and other businesses use bi-weekly as opposed to monthly payments to keep payments smaller and to better align with clients’ pay schedules. 

As we strive to serve our members with excellence, we believe that it is time that we move forward with this common business practice. There is no change in fees with this change. We will be diving the total annual cost by 26 payments, opposed to 12. 

With this change, we require all members to visit us in person to review and resign their contracts by Sunday August 26th. 

September 1st, 2018 

We will make this change on September 1st, 2018. Thus, on August 15th members currently making monthly payments, will make their last monthly payment. On September 15th, bi-weekly payments will begin. 

For example: 

If your payments were on the 1st of the month, your payment schedule will be: 

September 1st
September 15th

If your payments were on the 15th of the month, your payment schedule will be: 

September 15th
October 1st

All payments will occur on business days; thus, all transactions which fall on a weekend or holiday will take place on the next business day.
