Adult Fitness Schedule January 2 – March 16
At the YMCA we want to make staying active easy! Our Rec Room is a youth space designed to keep your kids moving while having fun. Bring your family for an afternoon of play or drop your children to climb the rock wall with our dedicated staff while you focus on your fitness goals. During staffed hours, children six and under are welcome to play with parent or guardian supervision. Children under nine years can laugh and play with our YMCA staff while parents partake in other activities on site. For more information on the Rec Room click here

At the YMCA, we want to make staying healthy as easy and convenient as possible, which is why we offer childminding for children three months to twelve years.
